Welcome to Our SEND HAF Holiday Camp
Our SEND HAF Holiday Camp provides a fun, inclusive and supportive holiday programme for young people aged 11–19 years with additional and low medical needs. We welcome young people with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Down Syndrome, mobility impairments and physical disabilities.
The camp takes place in a safe, secure and fully accessible sports hall within a mainstream secondary school, providing a welcoming environment where every young person can thrive.
Our experienced, caring team works to a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio. If you feel your child would benefit from additional support, such as a 1:2 or 1:1 ratio, please contact us before booking. We will always do our best to accommodate individual needs wherever possible.
Funding Options
HAF Funded Places
Children who are eligible for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme can attend free of charge. A valid Solihull HAF code is required to book one of these funded places.
Short Breaks Places
We also have three partially subsidised places available each day through the Short Breaks Programme. These places require a parental contribution of £18 per session.
To be eligible, your child must:
- Live within the Solihull borough
- Attend a school within Solihull
Activities
Young people can enjoy a wide variety of adapted multi-sports, games and creative craft activities, all designed to suit different interests, abilities and support needs. Every activity is carefully adapted to ensure everyone can take part, have fun and experience success.
Our camp aims to help young people:
- Build confidence and independence
- Develop friendships and social skills
- Improve emotional wellbeing and self-regulation
- Stay active in a safe and supportive environment
- Reduce social isolation while having fun
Booking & Support
To ensure we can provide the appropriate level of care and support, places are not confirmed until medical information has been received and reviewed by our team. Once this has been completed, we will contact you to confirm your child’s place.
